‘Changed my life’ From the second I walked into North lane I felt completely at ease. From the girls at reception to my incredible dentist Hema. I desperately wanted to improve my smile which has been an insecurity of mine since my teenage life and opted for an initial treatment of Invisalign. I’ve been with North Lane dental practice since Sep 2020 and am very happy with them. I had a few fillings, root canal and always without any pain or discomfort during and after the procedure. If I needed an urgent appointment I was seen the next day. Dr Syed is always helpful and with each procedure takes the time to do it carefully and with the utmost care for the tooth. I feel that my teeth are very well cared for :-)

I was looking for a dentist that would look after patients with dental implants, because surprisingly enough, I phoned quite a few in the area & it was a ‘No’. As a family we have been coming to this practice for a few years now & we are very happy with the service & treatments provided.

I saw one or two reviews of people saying they run late, as someone who works in an industry that is appointment based.. running late is sometimes a very good sign.. it means they’ll spend the time if it’s needed, reassuring you, explaining things, taking their time perfecting their work. It could be you that they’re running late on if you need extra time spent on you. All the people that we came across in the dentist were so friendly. I came assisting my mum, she was pretty nervous and upset and our lovley dentist couldn’t have handled it better. I could have cried with happiness at how he handled our situation. Thankyou so much. I had my second composite bonding appointment today with Dr Hema Raja. I had my first with her 5 years ago and wouldn’t go to anyone else. I am so happy with my results she is absolutely amazing! Hema makes you feel so comfortable and she is so friendly and kind. She always double checks to make sure you are happy with your results and makes any adjustments should you request it. My teeth look amazing and so natural I am beyond happy. The practice is so clean and aesthetic, all of the employees are so kind and treat you with the upmost respect, I cannot recommend North Lane Dental Practice enough! Thanks for everything guys x

My experience at North Lane Dental has been incredible! They’re so fast, reliable and welcoming. The process was very quick and I found the finance option very easy! The staff are nothing but welcoming and friendly and make you feel at ease.I had composite bonding and the procedure took around 3/4 hours to complete. The time flew by and I was very pleased with the end result! If you’re looking at getting some dental work, I would highly recommend going here as my experience has been nothing but fantastic!

My dentist ABs was brilliant, took his time, made sure I was at ease – I had a lot of treatment and literally went back because of my trust in him. I went in the practice to see if they had done emergency appointments, and I couldn’t have been happier. after going to a (different practice) before and getting robbed for an x-ray then told I needed one of my wisdom teeth out and quoted me £800 which obviously I said no thanks then found these guys and I’ve never had such a relaxed experience they spoke to me all the way through and very good value for money as north lane dental is not out to take your hard earned money they are very respectful and I have now signed upto the practice and will be highly recommending them to everyone!!

I had the gold package for composite veneers in 2023 and the whole process was easy and straightforward! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with North Lane Dental Practice. Their services are professional, friendly and accommodating in terms of being able to pay through a payment plan. I’d like to make a special mention to Lovepreet and Sophie, who handled my concern perfectly. I was super worried about the crack in my tooth but they were honest, professional and are clearly experts in what they practice.I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I first visited North Lane Dental Practice back in October 2022 after moving to the area. I was specifically looking for a local dentist offering high quality composite / cosmetic bonding treatment with great results & thorough care throughout. I couldn’t have been more happy with the results after choosing to have composite / cosmetic bonding on my top teeth with North Lane Dental. The whole process was smooth & efficient, with amazing final results. Dr Hema is ever so friendly, warm & understanding, she talked through every step of the process from start to finish leaving me feeling confident with the whole procedure ahead. Her front of house team are also ever so friendly, wonderful & easy to talk to, nothing is too big of an ask. The practice itself is very modern, chic & boasts high cleanliness which is exactly what you expect from a dentist! I was recommended to attend the practice by a friend after I complained about my crooked teeth.
Although originally very nervous and self conscious all the staff have been amazing and my dentist Dr Hema Rajah could not have been more patient and caring. After just a few months of Invisalign treatment my teeth already look so much better and I can’t wait to see the finished article. I am 51 years old, I have always wanted to improve the look of my teeth. Being deaf in one ear from childhood made a difference. During COVID I realised that I subconsciously lip read. I became a lot more deaf when I couldn’t lip read as masks were worn. I have always looked in peoples mouths and if I’m honest I look at your teeth. I love seeing nice teeth. I was never going to Turkey, I know it’s a standing joke and my laddy mates all take the ‘P’. I wanted to go local, main reason is that if I have a problem I can locally get it repaired. I had 3 quotes. All around the same cost. Some a few hundred more. I had the privilege of meeting Hema on my third quote. Hema’s dental practice at northlanedentalpractice.co.uk is fantastic. Hema’s team are incredibly professional. Hema is an absolute perfectionist, the care and attention was above and beyond what I expected. I had a minor issue with a bridge that was repaired as part of the agreed cost. Hema did this in her own time and probably cost her an additional 4 hours. The result is better than I even imagined. I have to mention Bella the amazing receptionist, she will organise the whole process. Sorry I haven’t mentioned all the other amazing employee’s. A very happy Customer

I cannot recommend the team at North Lane enough! From first enquiry to now my completed dream smile, everything has been so easy and stress free and everyone within the practice is so kind, with second to none service. I have 8 composite veneers placed on my upper teeth and I am blown away by the results. Dr Andrew Francis achieved exactly what I was looking for.. and more! The reception team are just amazing and quickly respond to any question I have both over telephone and emails and I honestly could not fault any of my dental journey with them. The practice itself is so clean and modern, and really doesn’t have that nervous ‘clinical’ feel to it. It is really easy to find and parking is free and easy as they have their own car park. I am a nervous Patient when it comes to dentists, and every member of staff whether it was Reception or Clinical staff that I met along the way really put me at ease. Along with my composite veneers I also had a couple of fillings done, after having treatment I have decided to continue any dental treatment that I may need, with North Lane. It really is second to none and if you are thinking of booking in with them, I highly recommend making that move!

This practise is the best! I have been a patient of Dr Hema for 18 years and I have followed her around all of her practices! She is meticulous about her work, she really knows my teeth and I trust her implicitly. She has also employed brilliant staff, also to a very high standard. I had a very minor issue earlier which was sorted by Syed in less than 5 minutes and he was so caring and gave great advice. Lovepreet has also done some fillings for me, I was a bit nervous as all my dental work has been done by Hema, but Lovepreet was so kind and gentle and would not hesitate to have any future fillings if needed with her. Sophie the dental nurse, along with Lucy and Bella on reception are all super nice and helpful too!

Best decision I made reaching out to Northlane Dental. I have recently had 10 composite veneer’s done on my upper teeth and I have not stopped smiling since. Trustworthy and painless!!! I went to Northlane Dental Clinic for a consultation for composite veneers. I had the most thorough and detailed consultation and treatment in my life. The dentists here spend so much time asking what you desire and use photos and digital scan of your teeth to discuss all different options with you. The dentist even invited me to come back to discuss anything else or email him any questions I had. The entire process was slick and modern. They were able show me what my smile will look like at the end of treatment and I was able to tweak little bits to make it personal to me. I knew exactly what I was getting and dentist very patiently answered all the questions i had. The treatment was completely painless ( I was even allowed to listen to my music) and it went so quickly! I am soo happy with my new smile and wish I had done it earlier. Having considered the way my smile looked for some time, I saw an instagram ad for North Lane Dental Practice and decided to get a quote. I submitted some photos, had a virtual meeting with a dentist and got a quote. The quote I received was out of my budget but they had an incentive running soon after which I happily took advantage of and got myself booked in. The practice was having some refurbishments done at the time so my first impression walking in wasn’t the best, (works are complete now and it looks great), but the receptionists and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the service – I was given a full mouth health assessment, was fitted for a mouth guard for teeth grinding, I had X-rays and a hygienist appointment and was booked in for composite bonding for 8 teeth a couple months later. Now I can’t lie, having not had any dental work before, the actual composite bonding procedure was one of the most painful dental experiences I have had (be prepared!), but as they say ‘no pain, no gain’ and I was extremely happy with the results. I had a couple more appointments to fix some small issues but they accommodated me happily and I walked away with a smile I could feel confident with. Thank you Dr Syed & Team!

Absolutely amazing Dentist! The care I received from Dr. Syed and his assistant today was brilliant. The receptionist are all lovely too. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome! I first visited the practice 1.5 years ago requesting Composite Veneers. After 4 fillings I was ready to go and I couldn’t have been happier with the result from Hema and her team! The whole process was smooth and pain free and made so much easier as everyone at the practice is so lovely! I had a couple minor chips (myself inflicted) in the first year and these were all covered, no fee and after regular 6 monthly check ups and polishes since, my teeth still look as good as new. I went into North Lane dental practice for a tooth implant consultation today with Rosh. It was such a beautiful clinic, I instantly felt welcome. I was greeted by Lucie and seen by Rosh and Sophie who were all so professional and friendly. I have decided to go through with having my implant with them and can’t wait to start this journey!!

Dr Syed was very professional, he did a great job on scaling and polishing my teeths. He also gave me good advice on how I can continue to maintain my oral hygiene. After being referred to this practice by my NHS dentist last year for a complicated extraction, I have been coming here ever since. Previously I was a very anxious patient with a complex dental history, this has changed dramatically. I no longer dread a visit to the dentist. I have found both Dr Hema Rahja and Paul Buttar incredibly reassuring, informative and professional. The surgery is modern, clean and bright with convenient parking facilities. The reception staff are polite and accomodating, and the dental nurses and hygenist Natasha are considerate of individual patient’s needs. I had an appointment with Ms. Joseph today and it was the best hygienist experience I’ve ever had. I always find these appointments daunting as they invariably involve pain but today I felt no pain at all and my teeth now feel cleaner than they ever have.

I absolutely love my new composite veneers and can’t thank Dr Syed enough for the excellent and professional job he did for me ,my new teeth look so natural I can’t stop smiling, I’ve been complemented by my family and friend’s ,I would highly recommend DrSyed and North Lane practice.

After years of stressful visits to the dentist following a traumatic experience as a child, I discovered North Lane Dental Practice and the wonderful Hema and her team. For the first time in my lifetime, I am no longer fearful of going to the dentist. My case was extreme but under Hema’s gentle patience, coaching and understanding, I have been able to undergo treatment that I would have avoided in the past. I cannot praise enough Hema’s skills or the wonderful carefully selected team she has working with her. Hema’s only priority is in the care of her patient and this really does show in her work. Hema and each one of her team greet you with a warm welcome, show great empathy and create a relaxed and fun atmosphere and as I am writing this, I cannot quite believe I have put the word ‘fun’ in the same sentence as the word dentist. It is just a shame we cannot clone the attributes Hema has or the values of the practice as a whole and replicate this around the country. If this were only possible I am sure that the fear of going to the dentist would become a thing of the past.

I have had very positive experiences both with the dentist and the hygienist at this practice – both incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the process, settling any nerves and making sure I was comfortable at all times. I will continue to use this practice.

Extremely grateful to Sayed who managed to see me yesterday after I had two teeth cracked playing football in the morning. He stay late on a Saturday to fix them and they both look great. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had.

Went to North Lane dental practice to see the hygienist. I was over the moon with the service and thought the hygienist did a really thorough job. It was a far better service than my NHS hygienist and I have subsequently been back and will continue to use this practice in the future
