My case was extreme but under Hema's gentle patience, coaching and understanding, I have been able to undergo treatment that I would have avoided in the past. I cannot praise enough Hema's skills or the wonderful carefully selected team she has working with her. Hema's only priority is in the care of her patient and this really does show in her work. Hema and each one of her team greet you with a warm welcome, show great empathy and create a relaxed and fun atmosphere and as I am writing this, I cannot quite believe I have put the word 'fun' in the same sentence as the word dentist. It is just a shame we cannot clone the attributes Hema has or the values of the practice as a whole and replicate this around the country. If this were only possible I am sure that the fear of going to the dentist would become a thing of the past.
