You will all have seen the important guidance issued by the government, which strongly advises on social distancing measures we should all be taking to reduce close interaction between people in order to reduce the transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19), and protect those vulnerable in the community.
As a result of this guidance, we have decided to temporarily close Northlane dental practice, as of this afternoon. This was a hard decision to make, but we all felt this was an essential step to take in order to help fight against the COVID-19 outbreak, to protect our patients, our staff, our loved ones and our community.
All appointments therefore, are now postponed until further notice. We will constantly review the situation and government guidance, and when it is safe and appropriate to do so, we will re-open again and rebook everyone’s appointments chronologically.
We want to thank all our patients we have already spoken to for being so kind and understanding during this difficult time, and we want to reassure you all that any deposits paid are safe and protected, and will still be valid when treatments are rescheduled at a future date.
If you are a patient of Northlane dental practice & have dental related pain or swelling during our time of closure, we have come to an arrangement with our neighbouring NHS practice who will remain open for urgent treatments only. This does not include anything non-urgent or cosmetic related.
